If you ADVERTISE on 'Let's Plan Your Wedding'
whether paid or free - hereinafter called the 'ADVERTISER'
Free Listings
All Free listings are at the discression of 'Let's Plan Your Wedding' and may be removed at any time, without warning to the advertiser.
We only allow a maximum of 3 Free Listings in any one catagory per area. Anyone requesting a Free Listing after this quota has been met will be given the opportunity to upgrade to a Basic Listing.
Paid Listings
All Paid Listings are accepted at the discression of 'Let's Plan Your Wedding' and any applications submitted deemed inappropriate will not be put onto the site, and any payments made will be refunded.
Lifetime Listings - Paid
All Lifetime Listings added to the 'Let's Plan Your Wedding' website are accepted with a single payment, and will remain on the website at no extra charge until the advertiser wishes them to be removed. If you wish to ammend your Lifetime Listing in any way, there will be a small ammendment charge of £5.00

Annual Advertising - Paid
After the pre-paid 12 months of listing, listings not renewed and paid for may be removed.
If advert listings are removed for non payment, you will automatically lose your position on the page, and other advertisers will move up the list. If you decide at a later date to re-purchase an advert, you will be treated as a new business enquiry, and will not keep your original listing position on the page.
Email Policy
By accepting the offer of a 'Free Listing' or purchasing a 'Paid Listing', you agree to allow us to email you occasionally to outline any current offers we have or promote a new feature of the website, and we would like you to keep up to date with any new developments or offers.
Payment
We prefer to use PayPal to collect payments for advertising. Payment is due in full when the advert is listed on our website. When payment is received, we will issue an invoice marked 'Paid' to the address you supplied at signup. PayPal is simple to use, and you do not need a PayPal account to make payment through it with your Debit / Credit Card. If you prefer you can make a cheque payment through the post -

When paid advertising is booked, it is added to the site in the order it is received. Please allow 48 Hours for your listing to appear, and contact us after this time if you have any queries regarding your advert.
Any advertiser with content deemed, by us, to be indecent or inappropriate may be removed at any time.
We cannot guarantee that you will always be able to access the website,
but we will endeavour to maintain a minimum of 98% online availability.
We will not be considered liable for interruptions or delays to access, whatever the cause.
Adverts can be removed at any time by the advertiser who gives us a request in writing. All monies paid for advertising is NON REFUNDABLE.
PLEASE NOTE: We adhere to the Data Protection Act 1998 and as such handle client data in a responsible way. By listing your details on 'Let's Plan Your Wedding' you agree to recieve emails from us that are designed to keep you up to date with website features and marketing opportunities.
